Toelichting
Zondagochtend 30 oktober is er een onderhoudswindow gepland waarin de firmware upgrade zal worden uitgevoerd voor het Parentix Cisco UCS platform.
Beschikbaarheid
Het onderhoud zal volgens de upgrade specificaties van de leveranciers zonder downtime plaatsvinden. U kunt dus tijdens het onderhoudswindow gewoon gebruik blijven maken van de diensten die u bij Parentix afneemt.

Berichtgeving betreft geplande Maintenance Windows wordt minimaal een week van te voren op onze website geplaatst en per e-mail verzonden naar de hoofdcontactpersonen van onze klanten en partners. Wij houden onze relaties tevens op de hoogte via onze bedrijfspagina's op de meest gangbare social media kanalen. De servicedesk is bereikbaar van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 08:00 uur tot 18:00 uur.

Sunday morning the 30th of October from 6:00 till 7:00 (CET) a non-diruptive maintenance window is scheduled for updating the firmware of the PTX Cisco UCS platform. According to the specifications of the vendor the firmware upgrade is without disruption of the service. During the maintenance window you can continue to make use of the Parentix services.
